Three doors down from another one of our vacation rentals the Trade Carriage House

RATES (up to four guests):

$160.00/night with a 2-night minimum and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.  3-night minimum holidays and Frog Jump (third weekend in May).  Please ask for rates for extended stays.  ALL RATES PLUS 6% ROOM TAX.

 

A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation.  Your deposit will be refunded after inspection if there is no damage to the premises.  A full refund will be made for cancellations only if rebooked for the same time period.

 

Additional use of a vacation rental property by guests other than rental occupants must be approved in advance by the individual property owners.

 

Please respect our no smoking, no pets policy.  For those with pets, we recommend advanced reservation at either of two excellent local pet boarding facilities, Aloha Boarding in Angels Camp near Murphys (209) 736-6989, or Angels Pet Center (209) 736-2355.
