$145.00 per night (2 night minimum)

A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation.  Your deposit will be refunded after inspection if there is no damage to the premises.  A full refund will be made for cancellations only if rebooked for the same time period.

Charming Two-Bedroom Country Cottage with private English garden backed by green pasture land.  Totally refurbished with hardwood floors in living area; Furnished in Wicker and Country Antiques; Queen bed in each bedroom, Full Kitchen, Telephone, wireless internet, CD Player available, Cable/VCR in Living Room and Master Bedroom. One block from shops & restaurants.  Please provide your own charcoal and starter for the BBQ.

 

This cottage is adjacent to another one of our fine vacation rental homes, the Murphys Country Cottage.  Both are approximately one mile from IRONSTONE VINEYARDS featuring a spectacular summer outdoor concert series.

     

RATES (up to four guests):

$145.00/night with a 2-night minimum and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.  3-night minimum holidays and Frog Jump (third weekend in May).  Please ask for rates for extended stays.  ALL RATES PLUS 6% ROOM TAX.

 

Additional use of a vacation rental property by guests other than rental occupants must be approved in advance by the individual property owners.

 

Please respect our no smoking, no pets policy.  For those with pets, we recommend advanced reservation at either of two excellent local pet boarding facilities, Aloha Boarding in Angels Camp near Murphys (209) 736-6989, or Angels Pet Center (209) 736-2355.
