Charming and spacious circa. 1861 restored farmhouse nestled in Provence-like garden setting. Covered porches, patio, extensive landscape grounds. All bedrooms have queen sized beds and are on the second floor. This home is located 1.5 miles from Murphys' Main Street.

RATES (up to six guests):

$250.00/night with a 2-night minimum and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee, and a three-night minimum on holidays. Please ask for rates for extended stays. ALL RATES PLUS 6% ROOM TAX.

A $200 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded after inspection if there is no damage to the premises. A full refund will be made for cancellations only if rebooked for the same time period.

Additional use of a vacation rental property by guests other than rental occupants must be approved in advance by the individual property owners.
