Lovely ground-level condominium overlooking the ocean. The condo sleeps 6 and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a sofa sleeper. There is a nice 5-10 minute walk to the village and the elevator opens in the living room (with private coded key pad). Enjoy the gourmet kitchen and recreation with boats for hire (fishing, snorkeling, and sight seeing in the Murrieta Islands), walking along the beach, and a Four Seasons golf course nearby with another Four Seasons golf course being developed. Walk to purchase fresh fish directly from the boat dock daily between 7:00AM and 9:00AM. Restaurants and grocery stores are only a short walk and we are happy to make recommendations. Early morning beach walking is wonderful - the shores are different each day. Enjoy the sights and sounds, the greenery of the jungle, and the lovely homes & grounds along the way. RATES (up to six guests): $200 to $300 per night, depending on the season; Special rates on Christmas and Easter. Please ask for rates for extended stays and holidays. Please respect the no indoor smoking and no pets policy. A $300 refundable deposit and 50% of the rental amount is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your deposit will be refunded after inspection if there is no damage to the premises. A full refund will be made for cancellations only if rebooked for the same time period. Additional use of a vacation rental property by guests other than rental occupants must be approved in advance by the individual property owners.
