RATES:
(up to six guests)
$175.00/night
with a 2-night minimum and a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee. 3-Night
minimum holidays and Frog Jump (third weekend in May). Please ask for rates for extended stays.
ALL RATES PLUS 6% ROOM TAX.
Additional
use of a vacation rental property by guests other than rental occupants must be
approved in advance by the individual property owners.
A
$200 deposit is required to hold
your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded after inspection
if there is no damage to the premises. A full refund will be made for
cancellations only if rebooked for the same time period.
Please
respect our no smoking, no pets policy. For those with pets, we recommend
advanced reservation at either of two excellent local pet boarding facilities,
